Summary:
QSMI has an opening to support an existing government client with a long-term period of performance.
Location: Client site in Washington, DC Metro area.
Compensation: Salary Commensurate with Skill Level and Experience
Education: Bachelors of Science in any field (computer science, or electrical engineering is preferred)
Activities include:
- Plan, design, develop, test and implement various static and dynamic content web sites for web services technologies;
- Maintain expertise in computer information systems, current operating systems, equipment and technologies, cyber security, and information management in order to provide linkage between all elements of the work forces, control work processes, and manage, store, retrieve, manipulate, and process key web data elements;
- Maintain and as required, further develop existing web pages upon government need;
- Develop interactive solutions that integrate with back-end legacy systems and databases with web optimization, when directed.;
- Perform Hypertext Markup Language (HTML and/or HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS and/or CSS3), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Python, JSON, IIS, Bootstrap, Backbone, Web Service, REST Services, JavaScript, Structured Query Language (SQL) web development, and application development;
- Create and implement Web Services, data access and data manipulation techniques in the Microsoft.Net environment;
- Maintain, upgrade, update, and code for Air Force Electronic Read books based on customer and user needs and requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated web development and application development experience.
- Active TS-SCI clearance is required.
