QSMI Awarded SBA ODA IV&V Contract!

Annandale, VA – Sep 24, 2019 – Quality Systems Management Inc. (QSMI), a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB), today announced the company won a four-year contract with the Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Disaster Assistance (ODA) to provide IV&V Oversight Services for the modernization effort to include the Disaster Credit Management System (DCMS) version 2.0.

​QSMI will assist the Disaster Credit Management System Operations Center (DCMS OC) with its upgrading efforts by providing IV&V oversight to all modernization phases. Services include the traditional business functions, process, configuration, documentation and administrative activities, but also a level of technical support. Our understanding and experience in Agile software development, system architecture, IT infrastructure O&M, emerging technologies and assessments, along with our deep qualifications in financial systems development, provides QSMI with unique capabilities to support ODA and provide IT-related recommendations.
